See the whole production in one list.
A contested matter can include years of statements from many accounts. Each statement goes into the matter workspace, filed and dated.
The list shows every statement, its rows, its totals, and its open flags.
LedgerBox types each row as printed.
LedgerBox does not round, correct, or guess. A row it cannot verify comes back flagged with a reason.
Totals reconcile against each statement, and when you fix a row, LedgerBox checks the totals again.

Each matter stays separate.
Uploads, rows, and exports never mix between cases. Access stays with your team, and you set the retention period.
Export to XLSX or CSV with one transaction per row. JSON is there for scripts.
FAQ
The short version of how LedgerBox works for a legal team. Ask us anything else. A person answers.
Does LedgerBox change the data?
No. Rows are typed as printed. Uncertain rows are flagged, not guessed. You confirm or fix each flag before export.
How do I keep matters separate?
Each matter has one workspace. The uploads, the workflows, and the exports stay in that workspace.
Who can see the documents?
Your team. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest and never train models. You set the retention period.
What formats can I export?
Excel (XLSX), CSV, and JSON, with one transaction per row. QBO is there when a ledger needs it.
Start with one production.
Put one matter through. Check the rows against the statements. Then bring the next case.
