What counts as a page

Each document page counts once: A 12-page statement uses 12 pages. A receipt photo uses 1 page. Exports and rows do not add usage.
Each plan includes pages: 60 to 300 pages on Starter, 640 to 1,500 on Pro, and 2,000 to 5,000 on Business per billing period. Each allowance resets at the start of the next billing period. Contact us for Enterprise volume.
Usage stops at the limit: LedgerBox pauses extraction at the limit. Upgrade the plan to resume. The bill includes the price difference for the rest of the period.
The trial has no charges: The trial starts with 10 pages. Complete one listed action to get 200 pages. LedgerBox pauses extraction at the trial limit.

Billing terms

No setup or user fees: Each plan includes unlimited users. Paid plans include each export format. Document types do not have separate fees.
No card to start: The 14-day trial does not collect payment details. It does not start a paid plan.
Change or cancel in the app: Open Settings, Billing to change or cancel the plan. Plans have no minimum term.
A page that fails to process is not charged: LedgerBox meters pages after a successful extraction. A failed extraction releases the held pages to your allowance.
Extraction pauses at the allowance: LedgerBox does not meter overages. Upgrade the plan to resume extraction. A mid-period upgrade charges only the price difference.
Blank pages do count: The meter uses the document page count. A blank page inside a document counts as 1 page.

What counts as a page?

A page of a document LedgerBox read. A 12-page bank statement is 12 pages, and a photo of a receipt is one. Pages are metered once, when extraction finishes.

What happens when I use up the included pages?

LedgerBox pauses extraction at the page allowance. Upgrade the plan to resume. A mid-period upgrade charges only the price difference.

What does the free trial include?

How does annual billing work?
