Migration starts at $2,000. The fee covers the sample export, client folders, full export, and file checks. We leave your source files unchanged.

We measure the export in decimal GB. You approve the work and fee before we start.
The fee includes one catch-up export for new files within 90 days of your approval.
What does
not transfer.
- Notes and annotations
- Notes transfer as part of the printed page where FileCabinet CS supports this. You cannot edit them as notes.
- Permissions
- Permissions do not transfer. You set access in the new location.
- UltraTax and document edits
- There is no live UltraTax connection. You upload new files. LedgerBox does not edit Word documents.
- Search and unreadable files
- Some scans have no text to search. We list encrypted, damaged, and unplaced files in the delivery report.

What we need from you.
Access to FileCabinet CS, the Drawer List and Drawer Contents reports, and someone who can approve the client folders. We agree on access before we start.
Who handles your files?
We run the migration. The written agreement states who can access your files and when we delete our copies. We do not use your files to build software.
What's the timeline?
Book a call now. We check a sample export before we agree on the work, price, and dates.
Should we cancel FileCabinet CS first?
No. Keep it until you approve the delivered files and we finish the catch-up export. One catch-up export is included within 90 days of your approval. We check cancellation terms for hosted installs with you.
