One workspace for each store.
Payout statements, bank statements, and supplier invoices land in that store's workspace. A second store keeps its own.
The list shows what arrived this month, what needs review, and what is ready to post.
Take the rows in the format your ledger needs.
One extraction, four files. Every export puts one transaction on one row, with the columns in fixed positions.
CSV for QuickBooks
The 3-column and 4-column layouts QuickBooks imports, plus plain CSV for everything else.
XLSX for your sheet
Excel with dates, descriptions, and amounts in separate columns. Open it and work.
JSON for scripts
The same rows as structured data, for a script, a warehouse, or the API.
One approval posts the rows to QuickBooks.
Choose the steps once: build the export, email a copy, then post the rows to QuickBooks.
When you approve a document, the workflow runs the same steps for every store.
FAQ
The short version of how LedgerBox works for an online store. Ask us anything else. A person answers.
Which statements does LedgerBox extract?
Merchant and payout statements, bank statements, invoices, and receipts. LedgerBox detects the document type when you upload the file.
How do the rows reach QuickBooks?
A workflow posts them when you approve a document. The QuickBooks integration is validated through Intuit's app review.
Can I see the fees on a payout?
Yes. LedgerBox extracts merchant statement fees as rows, so each fee lands in the export beside the payout it came from.
What happens to my store documents?
Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. They do not train models. LedgerBox keeps them until you remove them.
