FAQ

The short version of how LedgerBox works for an online store. Ask us anything else. A person answers.

Which statements does LedgerBox extract?

Merchant and payout statements, bank statements, invoices, and receipts. LedgerBox detects the document type when you upload the file.

How do the rows reach QuickBooks?

A workflow posts them when you approve a document. The QuickBooks integration is validated through Intuit's app review.

Can I see the fees on a payout?

Yes. LedgerBox extracts merchant statement fees as rows, so each fee lands in the export beside the payout it came from.

What happens to my store documents?

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. They do not train models. You set how long LedgerBox keeps them.

Post one payout statement.

Run one payout statement through. Check the rows in QuickBooks. Then add the rest of your stores.
