LedgerBox

Automate your portfolio statement workflow.

Built for investors who hold accounts at several banks. Statements go into one workspace for each property or entity. LedgerBox extracts every row, reconciles the totals, and builds one export.

Every account rolls up to one entity.

An entity can hold accounts at four banks. Each statement lands in that entity's workspace, and the rows export together.

LedgerBox reads the statement itself, so an account at any bank or credit union converts the same way.

What changes at month end.

  • Open one list, not eight portals.

Every account's statement for the month sits in one place, with its rows, its totals, and its open flags.

  • Check the math once.

Each statement reconciles against its own opening and closing balances. A row that does not add up comes back flagged with a reason.

  • Keep each entity clean.

Uploads, rows, and exports stay inside the entity's workspace. A lender or an accountant gets one file, not a folder of PDFs.

One approval builds one export.

Choose the steps once: build the export your accountant asks for, email a copy, or send the rows to a webhook.

When you approve a document, the workflow runs the same steps for every entity.

FAQ

The short version of how LedgerBox works for a portfolio. Ask us anything else. A person answers.

Does LedgerBox work with my banks?

Yes. LedgerBox reads the statement itself rather than matching it against bank-specific templates, so statements from any institution convert the same way.

Can I keep each property separate?

Each property or entity has one workspace. The uploads, the workflows, and the exports stay in that workspace.

What does LedgerBox check on a statement?

The opening balance plus deposits minus withdrawals must equal the closing balance. Rows it cannot verify come back flagged with a reason.

What happens to my statements?

Statements are encrypted in transit and at rest. They do not train models. You set how long LedgerBox keeps them.

Put one month through.

Upload one month of statements. Check the totals on the export. Then add the rest of your accounts.
